The Associates Programme was successfully launched at the end of 2016. The programme offers graduates in the field of environmental science the opportunity of entering into the professional environmental workplace. Gondwana Environmental Solutions identified that it is a challenge for young graduates to gain experience in the industry and this is a requirement for most positions that become available. To this end the associate programme was launched. The programme offers graduates and industry professionals an opportunity of gaining environmental science work experience as well as support and experience on how to set up and manage your own business.

To enter the programme individuals are required to attend a 2-day training programme, thereafter a process is followed to ensure that the right candidates are selected for the programme. Once selected to join the associates programme the individual is offered support and resources to assist them in kicking off their successful careers.
